The beef cattled and butchered in Cyprus from the best cattle-raisers on the island. The fact that we are daily delivered with beef ensures that the freshness and savour can be guaranteed. Only young aged breeding animals are selected so that the best quality can be offered.
We are additionally weekly supplied with cavles from the most known French suppliers so that our range of variety is widened.
